Medical Aesthetic Mentoring Program
Medical Aesthetic Mentoring Program is designed for newly qualified and existing practitioners who require support to develop their competence and confidence in working autonomously in their medical aesthetic practice. It will be the decision of the learner to self-assess their competencies against their own registered bodies.
The service offered follows CPD accredited foundation and advanced training in medical aesthetic procedures i.e. Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, chemical peels, minor operations and a variety more.
The shadowing and mentoring program offers practitioners the opportunity to work alongside and observe Dr Hussain in real-life clinical practice in Manchester or London.
Dr Javed Hussain is the founder and clinical director of Neo-Derm. He offers an outstanding level of service and is well known for his technical and ethical standards within the aesthetics industry. With extensive training in Botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels and non-surgical face and neck lifts, Dr Javed is passionate about developing this speciality, as well as educating and mentoring other healthcare practitioners to provide safe, effective, and ethical medical aesthetic treatments.

How Does the Mentoring Program Work?
Delegates undertaking the shadowing and mentoring programme will complete a CPD-approved online module and have a CPD-approved practical session where they observe the treatment techniques and associated medical products used in the clinic that day.
This will be a live clinic setting where there are real-life patients and not models. The patients will be asked for their consent to allow delegates to observe. There will be ample opportunities to ask questions and a handout will be given at the end of the day in relation to the techniques, anatomical landmarks and safe effective clinical practice.
The mentoring programme can take place over two-morning sessions or one full-day session.
For those delegates who wish for more extensive and personalised mentoring, a visit to your own practice can be arranged on your treatment day where Dr Hussain can observe your techniques on your patients and give feedback in real-time.
Dr Javed Hussain
teaches at internationally renowned institutions in the UK, Europe and Asia. He offers an outstanding level of service and is well-known for his technical and ethical standards within the aesthetics industry. He is passionate about developing this speciality and educating other healthcare practitioners to provide safe, effective and ethical treatments.
Dr Javed is a lead trainer for KT Training in injectables, chemical peels, medical micro-needling, sclerotherapy and aesthetic skincare.
