We have put together some of our most commonly asked questions here at Neo-Derm, along with our answers. 

But don’t worry if we haven’t been able to resolve your queries, we welcome any other questions you have, whether it’s about specific treatments or general enquiries, we are available on our social media pages, email and our contact number, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

We can not always guarantee that your treatment can be done the same day as your consultation. If there is enough time and we have the required items for your treatment then yes it can be done.

It is advised that you speak with a member of the team if you are pregnant to advise what treatments would be suitable for you.

If you are required to prepare for your appointment then a member of staff will inform you how to do so at the time of booking.

To reschedule give the clinic a call on: 0161 425 9600 or emails us at bookings@neo-derm.co.uk at least 48 hours before your appointment and a member of staff will be able to rearrange your appointment for you.

As long as you give the required 48hrs notice then your deposit is still valid. If you wish to reschedule with the 48hrs notice then you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another £50 deposit.

Yes, there is a free car park directly behind the Neo-Derm Manchester clinic.

If you are running make sure to give the clinic a call on: 0161 425 9600 to let us know. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled, if this is the case your deposit will be lost.
